HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
We offer free door to door delivery for orders that are S$50.00 and above.

Additional $10 delivery fee would be charge if the order is beyond the minimum spending amount.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept goods return due to hygiene purposes.
However, at Wu Li Hao, customer satisfaction is our higest priority and hence, we will gladly accept exchange of products that are unsatisfactory due to our oversight.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We provide islandwide delivery service 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
This is our promise to always provide the freshest to our customers.
Please note that there will be no delivery service on public holidays and Sunday.
And we do not offer same day delivery.

I'M INTERESTED TO PURCHASE BUT I CAN'T HIT THE MINIMUM ORDER SUM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our factory is located at Bedok Food City. Walk-ins are welcomed.
